When you use the contact or booking forms, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to send us. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you visited. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiries, schedule appointments, send you the information you've asked for, and — with your consent — to keep you informed about new collections and events. We do not sell your information to third parties.
How we store it
Messages, bookings, and site content are stored in Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB and S3) in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, under the commercial agreement between Novelty and AWS. Access is restricted to named staff.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the email address listed on our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
